Shattered Star Two Weapon Serpent Runner Trait

When taking the Serpent Runner Two weapon trait, it does not reduce the penalty on the primary weapon.

I reported it as a bug over a year ago and several times after. Never fixed. I have reported many trait bugs and LW will not fix any of them. Most worked fine in the past but updates broke them. You may want to use the adjustments to fix it for yourself.
