A feature very few people would ever use too. Pathfinder is very broken by level 18. Over level 20 would be silly.

Could you just use adjustments to change the "caster level".
And the amount of spell slots that you get.

So your guy on paper should be a Wizard 30 or a Psion 30.
Add the adjustment to change caster level.
Add the adjustment to get more spells or powers, of whatever level.
Then you're a maximum level Wizard or Psion (20) in the program, but adjust your hit points and anything else relevant upwards...
