I have been using Army Builder for a few years now, and have loved it. However, I am having an issue as-of-late.

I have the latest version of Army Builder (ver 3.2d) and a few of the Game Systems will not open for me to use. I downloaded them into army builder using the built-in import file function of the program and when they didn't open, I deleted and reloaded them, but they still won't open. The few in question (and their associated issues) are below:

1. Necromunda. I am getting a window that tells me: "The data files could not be loaded due to the following errors:" and there are a list of about sixty files that say variations of: "File: necro.dat (line 174) - link - No link index specified on link".

2. Inquisitor. I am getting a window that tells me: "The data files could not be loaded due to the following errors:" and there are a list of about twenty files that say variations of: "syntax error in 'live' tag expression for Link set 'inDaemon' -> Tag 'specChar.' not defined".

Has anybody else ever experienced this, and if so, what can I do?

1. Load up a system that doesn't throw errors
2. Create a new roster etc. to get to the basic "adding units window"
3. Open the "develop" menu
4. Deselect "Enable Data File Debugging"
5. Try again with one of the systems that was throwing errors.

That sounds like the files have loads of errors that were ignored in earlier versions of AB, but the enhanced compiling checks are picking them up. They need to be fixed by the authors who created them ...
