What browser are you using?
And how are you connecting to the site for the updates, using a browser or clicking on the updates when the program loads? Web site - Cheese Weasel Logistics - www.cheeseweasel.net Twitter - @CheeseWeaselGMZ For user created content check out www.d20pfsrd.com and www.cheeseweasel.net For video demos of Hero Lab go to http://www.youtube.com/user/TheChiefweasel?blend=9&ob=5 |

Hi there,
That error indicates a problem accessing secure web sites. Try the following... - Close Hero Lab and open Internet Explorer. - From the Tools menu, select Internet Options to display the Internet Options dialog. - Click on the Advanced tab. - Scroll down to the Security section. - Uncheck the Check for server certificate revocation box. - Click on the OK button. - Close all Internet Explorer browsers before retrying. Does that help? Also, please ensure that your computer is showing the correct time - if the time is too far wrong, it'll be unable to validate security certificates properly, which could lead to this problem. Hope this helps! |
