Life Modules and Positive/Neg Qualities

I'm helping one of my players make a character and using the Life Modules, we are randomizing starting life mods to create a character. Her character has a pile of positive and negative qualities, over the allowed amount. I cannot lock character creation, I cannot delete qualities to put her under the limit, and cannot go into the life modules to update them.

I would prefer all of the qualities go into the game as they stand and circumvent the validation procedure in this particular case. Is there a way to do that? If not, what can I do to make the qualities meet the requirements and then lock the character?

If you've got a bug, could you please report it using the stickied "Shadowrun Bug Reports" thread, with more detail than you have listed here?

I think the workaround you're looking for is available on the Personal tab, in the Permanent Adjustments table - The Positive Quality Karma Limit and Negative Quality Karma Limit adjustments.
