Just tried it again, restarting the browser. Worked this time. I am
pretty sure I didn't take more than 15 minutes the original time though.

Very strange. Did you receive any error messages of any kind? If so, please
tell me what they were. Usually, error messages will include a tracking
context that will allow me to pull up trace information from the session
and look at what happened. If you have this information, please forward it
to me at rob@wolflair.com.
