Sorry, an error was encountered while importing the encounter?

Is anybody else getting the following error? "Sorry, an error was encountered while importing the encounter. Please emailsuppot@woldlair.com about this problem, including details about what you are importing and the error code 40010230."?

When I try to open Rise of Runelords, Crimson Throne, Emerald Spire or Summoner's Sidekick it tells me that I need to purchase them even though I purchased them sometime ago..I also opened a ticket a week ago, but other than the canned response I have yet to hear from them.
