I am building a character now and the GM allows two drawbacks. Is there a way to add an adjustment so it does not show overspent?

Is this still valid?
I can't seem to get the single .user file posted above to work (should appear at the location in the screenshot, correct?) and it does not seem to be implemented in the community pack anymore (or, again, I can't seem to find the correct setting...).

It's still implemented... you will need to have the Community Pack. and activate ShadowChemosh's Adjustments

Current RPG's: Pathfinder (GM), Pathfinder (Player), Gamma World (GM, Pathfinder homebrew).
HeroLab: 3.5 & Pathfinder. HL User Files for PF: Greyhawk Setting, Gamma World (WIP).

DM and player of D&D since 1980.

Hmm.... still not working. Should work as is, correct? Character has been configured, reloaded, HL has been restarted, etc. Still the error for too many drawbacks. GM lets us pick additional campaign traits, that's why I wanted to offset this with a second drawback.

Allowing the SC Adjustments add-on gives your character access to those, but you still need to add the adjustments you want to the character.

When creating a character, once you have selected a 1st level class*, go to the Adjust tab (the Personal tab could also be used for this one). In "Other adjustments", click "Add a new adjustment". Find the "Drawbacks allowed" from the selections and select it. Set its incremented to +1.

*Before you select a class, you have no slots for feats (and similar things such as flaws, traits and drawbacks)
