Please add an option to hide sources/books not licensed/available in Configure Hero Settings.

There are so much material available for all the publishers that it's inconvenient to scroll through them all just to get the options you do have access to. Particularly painful on the iPad where there isn't an option to collapse menus.

IHMO, there's little point to include them in the list other than to show the user what they don't have access to.
