Hi there!
Has anyone found a way to copy a table that is inside of RW out into Excel again (where it came from)? No matter which method I'm trying to copy the data back it messes up the table and puts it back in a single column

Paste it into Word first, then select that table and paste it into Excel.
If you Paste Special in Word and Excel, you'll see that Excel only sees the two text options, while Word lets you paste Realm Works' RTF format. When you get to Excel, I think it's taking the data from Word's HTML. Practical upshot: you might have some issues, but hopefully just formatting. Hope this helps.
