I bought both data packages for 7th edition, but I can't seem to find a way to add the "Experienced Investigator" packages from the Investigator's Handbook. Please advise.

Check this link. I don't believe the Investigator's Handbook has been released yet.

Current RPG's: Pathfinder (GM), Pathfinder (Player), Gamma World (GM, Pathfinder homebrew).
HeroLab: 3.5 & Pathfinder. HL User Files for PF: Greyhawk Setting, Gamma World (WIP).

DM and player of D&D since 1980.

Because of the wide variety of choices within each one, and the amount of player's choice as to what exactly you get from each one, they should be built with adjustments. We weren't able to build a form or other option that would simplify things. In the Permanent Adjustments table on the Personal tab, you can add one or both of the skill point adjustments to provide the extra skills, and then create a sanity journal entry to record the SAN loss.
