I am looking at creating a custom vampiric npc for a game and the bestiary has rules for creating a vampire and I was wondering if templates like those have been implemented in Hero Lab Online or that is a feature that will have to wait for the future?

PF2 is kind of weird in that it doesn't really give templates, but it gives... guidelines I guess? Recommendations? Which the statblocks don't always follow, or they are abilities that have variations lol. Basically it's not a thing we can really make "templates" for and employ them with consistency. What we do provide though is the recommended abilities as options to add, that way (much like Paizo) you can pick and choose which to utilize. I actually just finished standardizing a lot of abilities to help with this. Blood Drain for instance has a general pick now that you can customize the effects of, and it will display those values in the statblock (same way it's now used on the vault vampires). Goal was to cut down some of the repetition of abilities and give some improved functionality when creating custom npcs (though there is currently a bug with customizing abilities that I'm investigating).
