Bold Text?

I have a problem...

I am trying to make the text in my Racial Descriptions bold, like it shows in the other races...

Here's a picture: The Default is on the left, and mind is on the right.

So... how do I make it show bold text, like it does on the left? =X

Bold on: {b}
Bold off: {/b}
