Hi, I just got herolab the other day for use in our 3.5e campaign (DM likes 3.5 over pathfinder) and I had a question about some of the Eberron races.

I can't seem to find Shifter in the community created files for 3.5e nor have I been able to figure out how to give an Animal, Dog (Riding) the "trained for war" trait of being able to "trip" like the wolf companion.

These are just things I've noticed already with the Eberron files.

I was wondering if I'm missing them somewhere as a result of my noobishness or if I'm going to need to figure out how to program the shifter race into HL. (Also the animal companion things)

Would be grateful for any help or advice you guys could give me, thanks!

Hi. Unfortunately, the Eberron books are severely under-represented in the community set. It's on my list of things to do, but nothing is imminent. If you do happen to learn how to use the editor and create some content, I'd be happy to include it in future releases. Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll have to wait a bit unless someone else steps up to do it.

Sorry I don't have a better answer than that.

Give me some time and you'll have the Eberron racial data. I'm currently trying to add it for my own campaign since my players decided to abandon pathfinder in favor of 3.5 recently. I'm actually working on the Eberron Campaign Setting right now. I have Warforged mostly finished at this time. Shifter I now have implemented, unfortunately due to how "out of date" these core datafiles are I had to create the shifter traits as Adjustments for now. The shifter feats will modify the adjustments which are added on the Adjust tab under Permanent or Temporary adjustments.

Please do not PM me to inquire about datafiles I coded "for personal use" such as Exalted, World of Darkness, AD&D, or Warhammer 40K Roleplaying. I appreciate your interest, but I do not own the Intellectual Property rights to these game systems. Nor do I have permission from any of the Publishers to distribute the data files. As such, I cannot distribute the work I have done with community on these files. They are "for personal use" only. Thank you.

I am far too busy these days to answer emails. If you message me here there is no guarantee I will get back to you at all.
