I just added the Mystic Tier 1 to an existing character and it let me set things up like outlined in the Mystic Adventures manual. But it is saying I can increase an Ability Score by +1/tier, where the manual is saying you get a +2 at ever other Tier (2, 4, 6, etc).
Is there a way to change that so the character is not showing an error for not using the Ability Score adjustment at Tier 1? And is this based on some later rule change I am missing? |

Report it as a bug. If it is a bug, LW can look at fixing it. If it's not, you'll get a response telling you that. Presumably you mean MYTHIC too, not Mystic.
Current RPG's: Pathfinder (GM), Pathfinder (Player), Gamma World (GM, Pathfinder homebrew). HeroLab: 3.5 & Pathfinder. HL User Files for PF: Greyhawk Setting, Gamma World (WIP). DM and player of D&D since 1980. Last edited by Dami; April 20th, 2018 at 03:15 PM. |

If you have the Mythic Hero's Handbook enabled, that is one of the optional rules available.
"Control + K" will open up the configure the hero window. On my Hero Lab, those mythic options are available (under Legendary Games) about 2/3 of the way down. The box "inherent mythic bonuses" causes the behavior you're seeing (a +1 inherent bonus per tier) which replaces the default +2 per even tier. If you don't have the Legendary Games material, or it's not active, then that is indeed a big bug. |

I have verified that I do not have the "Inherent Mythic Bonuses" checked. So I will submit this as a bug. Many thanks for the insight.
