Hi, I just started using HL to run my encounters. And I saw the option to put in how many rounds a condition is active for.
I thought it was great at first, thinking it would automatically count down the rounds and remove the condition once it was done. But this doesn't seem to be the case.
Is there a point to entering how many rounds someone is panicked (for example) other than for me to keep track manually?

That's one of those often-requested features that will probably never be implemented, because there's always some new source material that has to get done in a timely fashion first. I'm afraid that's how it goes at a small company.

Currently Running: Pathfinder Second Edition
Currently Playing:
Pathfinder First Edition, Star Trek Adventures
Former HL Games: D&D 4e & 5e, Mutants & Masterminds 2E & 3E, Savage Worlds

Well, that's a shame, doesn't seem like it would be too hard to implement (but what do I know, I'm not a programmer).
Guess I'll just make a note of what turn I added the condition on.

You would be amazed at how often sometimes the simplest adjustment, requires the most nightmarish amount of code and fixes in the background you could imagine. While others when you think oh god this will be a nightmare.. on rare blessed holy occasions can be done in just a few simple lines.
