Can someone explain why hero lab does stats like below for monsters?

For basic monsters, the stats are:
11/11/11/10/10/10

For monsters with levels:
14/14/12/12/10/8

I get the monsters with levels, since the rules state the following:
Creatures with class levels receive +4, +4, +2, +2, +0, and –2 adjustments to their ability scores, assigned in a manner that enhances their class abilities.
But what about basic monsters? Where is the +1,+1,+1,+0,+0,+0 stat adjustment?

The basic monster stat adjustment is built into the race's attribute adjustments. It goes away if you check the "Customize" button.
