Major Changes and Improvements
  • Added a the ability to expand and collapse many tables and other blocks within the interface
    • The expanded/collapsed state of the blocks will be remembered between sessions, and even in between characters and game systems (e.g. collapse the Play > Character block and it will remain collapsed for all characters until opened again).
    • The expanded/collapsed state is per-device. This means that you will need to set up how you like things expanded/collapsed on each device you use. However, we find that this is useful, as you may have different preferences on a phone vs. tablet vs. laptop, etc.
    • When a table is collapsed, it will display validation badges if there are any validation messages inside of it (that otherwise wouldn't be visible while collapsed)
  • Reworks the way the Play tab is laid out on larger-than-phone-sized devices
    • Portrait-orientation tablet-sized devices now have tabs laid out across the top of the screen, rather than the side. This should make such devices more comfortable to use with increased horizontal space for content.
    • Horizontal scrolling on the play tab has been removed. All columns on the play tab now automatically size themselves horizontally to fill the available screen space. Using the play tab should be significantly more comfortable on screens that were previously not wide enough to display all columns horizontally.
    • Wide enough screens will show 3 columns, while narrower screens (e.g. portrait-mode tablets) will show 2 columns. Sections which would have appeared in the 3rd column will instead be evenly distributed at the bottom of the first 2 columns.
    • Adjusts the size at which sections use "narrow" layout (e.g. a single column skills table) vs "wide" layout (e.g. a double column skills table)
    • Adjusted the spacing between sections to account for screen size and show more content on smaller devices
    • Removes the horizontal-scrolling "nudge" buttons (and their associated toggle) from the play tab

Changes and Improvements
  • Adds a "Character is valid" message to the validation report instead of displaying a blank report when there were no validation messages to display
  • SF - Improved data density on Weapons table (and reduced scrolling)
  • SF - Changes the SciFi theme to use a block of light colored text on a dark background for item detail descriptions for consistency with the rest of the app
  • PF2 - armor bonus, speed and check penalty now displayed in equipment section of printout

Bug fixes
  • Fixed a performance problem when the Play tab first loads
  • Fixed a bug where the loading interface would sometimes get stuck and need to be manually refreshed to bypass
  • PF2 - Fixes "Cannot read property 'tag' of undefined" errors that would occur when opening the details of item that included a built in, normally-upgradeable property, such as magical armor containing a built-in potency rune, e.g. Celestial, Ghoul Hide, and Electric Eelskin.
    • Note: Due to a limitation with the way these armors are currently implemented, these built-in runes cannot be directly upgraded. However, you can work around this by adding a new copy of the upgraded property, rather than upgrading the existing one. A message has been added to such properties indicating this. We will be looking into streamlining this behavior in the future.
  • PF2 - saving throws were incorrectly showing their individual calculations in printout, though the save total were calculated correct. Item modifier changed to show cumulative item and misc effect on saving throw
  • PF2 - printout action actions no longer in color
  • PF2 - fixes header display issue in Senses section of printout
  • PF2 - Fixes the display for weapon/armor upgrade prices
  • PF2 - Adds activation fields for special abilities
  • PF2 - Damage rolls now remove incorrect application of splash and persistent damage types to damage roll
  • SF - Fixes signal jammers not correctly displaying their calculated price until their level was changed from 1 to anything else
