M&M 2nd ed. Error with the Power Extra: Affects Others (ONLY)

I picked the Power: Morph and added the Power Extra: Affects Others (ONLY) and found that HL is still adding the bonus one normally gets to the Skill: Disquise onto the character sheet.

This should not happen as the whole point of Affects Others (Only) is that you are not able to benefit from the power in question as it is being used upon another person and by definition isn't able to be used by the power's owner upon the owner.

Could this be because I didn't select the Power Extra: Attack? I didn't think that would be necessary as it seems pretty self-explanatory that a power with A.O. (Only) is going to be used upon another.

The difference between Attack and Affect Others is that the first allows you to use the ppower on others that aren't willing and gave thme no control over it, while Affect Others allows them to terminate the effect whenever they want.
