Yes, I was wondering if and when you'll add 'standard' weapons and gear to the editor tabs? So that I could add, for instance, a katana to the standard weapons list? I know I can make a custom weapon, but I'm looking for a weapon that every class could pick, or a fiddlyhippityhoo, or whatever.

Laughing Now that we've improved the tutorials and fixed the horrible "Spellcasting classes won't work" bug, this one is near the top of our list to add. We're hoping to have it added for the next update, which should be out before we leave for the trade show in a couple weeks time. (We've done what, 12 updates now? Wow...) -- Colen McAlister (colen@wolflair.com) Chief Engineer, Lone Wolf Development http://www.wolflair.com/ |

About that, yes. And come a LONG way in those 12 updates. And I was impressed at the START...

You can currently do this by adding an item of "Custom Gear" for the appropriate amount of money and naming it appropriately. One of the things we're looking to do in the future is introduce the "assets" concept separately from Gear - "assets" will be anything with monetary worth that aren't otherwise useful (like Gems, land rights, etc). At that point you'll be able to do exactly what you requested. Thanks, -- Colen McAlister (colen@wolflair.com) Chief Engineer, Lone Wolf Development http://www.wolflair.com/ |

What I was hoping for was to be able to split the money and still be able to have HL subtract from it when buying gear. I will use your sugestion until LWD implement the new asset tracking.
HL is a great product and just keeps getting better. Thanks for the help, Scott |
