From the announcements thread:
On Friday morning (January 24th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online and Realm Works down for maintenance. We expect up to about 1 hour of downtime, though it may be less.UPDATE: Things are taking a bit longer than expected, but we expect to be back up by 11:30 am or a bit earlier.
