Found a glitch with a feat don't know where to post it so here it is.

Apparently Human perseverance doesn't actually factor in the +1 to all the Ref, Fort, And will saves.

Those aren't saves, they are defenses.

The wording I have for the feat is

Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to saving throws.

That means you need to roll a 9+ to make a saving throw and if you roll a 19 on a death saving throw you get to spend a healing surge.
