Aquatic Elf\Deep Sea Dweller

Hello all,

I am preparing an aquatic elf character and want to use the Deep Sea Dweller variant but am finding that variant rules for this particular race unavailable. Is this "as intended" behavior, am I doing something wrong, or is there a different package I need for this particular feature?

Are you looking under the ART area? Do you have Blood of the Sea?
