Thumbnail map showing visible area when zoomed in

A small thumbnail map would be great to give perspective when zoomed in on a section. Make it toggled like map pins with it remembering the last state it had been in.

Bonus points for adding a frame within the thumbnail map that shows what section the zoomed area is currently showing.
