Upsized Weapon Damage Error

So I was adding Gargantuan Weapons to my hero, and I noticed, that the Damage listed in the selection window is different than the damage listed on the weapon tab once added to the hero... The weapon tab damage is lower.

For example, in the selection window Gargantuan Morning Stars are listed as 4d6... once added the damage changes to 3d6.

The hero is a Small Gnome, if it matters.

On a blank character, I added the gnome race, a level of fighter, and then went to the weapons tab, set the weapon size to Gargantuan, and purchased a morningstar. On both the selection list and the weapon list once purchased, the weapon displayed 4d6 damage.

Is there anything else on this character that might be altering things, for example, the size category adjustment?
