Bug Help - Disappearing Add Magic Level Panel

I made a varient class that adds magic levels to a prestige class, based on how many varient levels have been added. But when I add the last bonus magic level the panel showing magic levels immediately disappears, preventing me from specifying the target class for that last one.

Now I can easily work around this by adding through the script 1 more than actually should be added, but this is still less than ideal, because once the panel disappears you can't change the targets of the magic levels, and to get the panel to reappear you need to add another class level... Any advice?
