Question about Hero Labs

Hello and hopefully someone can help me out here. If I was to purchase this software will I be able to make character sheets and upload them onto google docs so my players will have access to their sheets so they can adjust them? I currently use roll20 and the character sheet customization in roll20 is really lacking and this looks right up my alley!!

Also, I DM D&D Next and Dragon Age so would it be possible to create all of the data for these games with the Authorizing Kit with no kind of coding knowledge?
