Any ideas how to add fly to a race ie Pixie, Kapak or Bozak Draconian all have fly [surprised that Kenku doesn't]

I would like to have it in so that it appears in the movement section.

Thanks for the help I have been working on it for 5 hours now

Sorry, no clue. Looking at it, the Pixie in our group doesn't have her fly speed mentioned anywhere.

I have made a racial power that links but it does not add to the Movement, I will ask at GenCon and see if the LW guys have any insight.
