Gotcha, and what does Colen do? And just how many of you are there?

Titles are only useful when there are multiple people responsible for a
particular classification. Since Ed is handling ALL of marketing -
decisions AND grunt work - he's the entire marketing department. So I guess
you could call him "Chief Marketing Grunt". But it's easier just to label
him as our Marketing person.

Colen is a developer.

Four. Ed, Colen, myself, and Lupe. Lupe handles all the sales, finance,
shipping, etc.
