Hero Lab keeps crashing

Hello,

I have owned hero lab for many years and have never had a problem with the program whatsoever. I got all my friends using it as well, but anyways I don't know what has happened, if its the latest update or what but I cant stop crashing while making characters. It's never done this before so I am extremely confused, I don't use third party software or add ons, I have deleted the program and reinstalled it and thats not helping either.

Please help, it's making me not want to use this program when I have to keep saving every 5 seconds in the fear the program will crash and have to re input all that data again.
