Rapid Reload bug

When you select the Rapid Reload feat, you're supposed to choose a specific crossbow that it applies to, kind of like Weapon Focus or Weapon Specialization. The text in HL describing the feat is correct, but there doesn't seem to be any way to select a type of crossbow once you select the feat.
