Bug in Curse of the Crimson Throne Trait

I found a problem with in one of the traits in the Curse of the Crimson Throne. I was able to fix it and have included what I found here so it can be perhaps added to the next update.

I chose a trait called "Drug Addicted (Friend)" and it did not seem to function properly. I made a copy of the trait in the editor so I could try and figure it out.

I noted that the Custom Expression has the following text: thingid.kKnowLocal | thingid.skDiplo.
This does not work properly. Based on what I could figure out I should have been able to choose which skill I wanted a +2 for (Knowledge (Local) or Diplomacy). I was able to choose neither.

I changed the text to: thingid.skKnowLoc | thingid.skDiplo.
As you can see, the reference to the Knowledge Local skill was not correct. Fixing this has seemed to make it work properly.
