I bought this thing and it won't even download

The download page is not working. Why the heck can't I even download the software. I disabled my firewall and allowed popups, and still I'm getting nothing at all. What the heck? I click on the link to download for windows and it does nothing, just sits there spinning, waiting, doing nothing at all.

Hi. Can you let me know what browser and version you're using? It looks like the download is working, so this info will be useful in troubleshooting.

Have you tried any other browsers when attempting the download?
