In order to increase the integration of Hero Labs and Realm Works, an option to copy the portfolio file into the clipboard would be nice. It would save time when importing portfolios into RW as one wouldn't need to save the portfolio to a file and then importing said file from RW.

You can go the other way btw.

In RW, add a Hero Lab snippet. Make sure you are editing the snippet. The blue icon with a plus will appear. Click it. Hero Lab opens. Create your monster / npc in Hero Lab like normal. Once done exit from Hero Lab by pressing X. RW will popup and say that it recognized that you exited Hero Lab and ask you to save your changes.

Now the Hero Lab portfolio is saved inside Realm Works. If you want to edit. You just go through the process again.

Oh! I didn't know that, thanks!

Probably not the most efficient way to do things, as I will then need to exit and restart Hero Labs several times, when prepping for a session. But maybe faster and smoother than my current workflow. Will try.

I find it to be more efficient as there's no need to mess around with saving. You just open it, fill it in and close it. RW does everything else. Also means you are not doubling up on storage.

I tried your approach, but something went wrong - all I get is blank hero instead of the gallows tree and its dozen zombies. See pic attached.

Any ideas what I did wrong.
