New Magic Item: Boots of Combat

I'm having difficulty wrapping my head around how to set this up.

The boots allow either a +2 Bonus to all Attack Rolls (and CMB and CMD) or a +2 Armor Bonus (which stacks with any existing Armor Bonus).

I can get it to work with both at the same time, but how do I make it where I can toggle between one or the other?

That's how I've been handling it.

I was just hoping to make it as a magic item with a toggle.

What I would do is create a activation item with a drop down menu. depending on what is selected you can then apply one or the other bonus.

Or, you could give it two activations, one for each benefit.

Yep me too. I would say look at the Barbarian Rage ability to see how you can have "Two" activation's. I am pretty sure it even has code/tag to cause the "other" activation button to be greyed out after activating one.
