Some details about Empire data files

I am probably making mistake but I can not find in AB 3.1 Empire data files following:

1. Special Characters: Karl Franz, all EC and other characters published at GW site
2. Ulric Priests
3. Archlector (officialy published at some White dwarf recently, Priest Lord)

Any hints?

some special characters havent been added yet, along with stuff in white dwarfs... i will add it as i find it / have time, sorry

I'd love to see the archlector added. He was is US WD 302.

If you have trouble tracking down the info let me know and I can type it up and e-mail it to you.

Yes, the Archlector isn't even a special character but a very fluffy addition to the army. I too would love to see him added asap.
