So, I've been using Hero Lab for Pathfinder on my laptop for almost five years, and I just recently switched my license from my lap top to my desktop. Everything went fine, no error messages or license issues... until I noticed that almost 100 dollars worth of Pathfinder data packages had disappeared from my license. I have both the email and printed receipts for all transactions I've done through LWD, just in case I need to prove myself. I've already sent an email to LWD support, but I'm afraid they might not respond fast enough since I have a game to attend to within a couple days. If anyone has had this problem before and knows how to fix it, help would be immensely appreciated.

In the License menu, have you done "reactivate license" on that computer, after you purchased those packages (and then restarted HL after the license reactivation completes)?
