adding energy damage

Its a simple thing really. I thought i could find it under the Adjust tab. But no luck. I just want to add 1d6 of fire damage to a creature's attack.

What am i overlooking? I thought it would be simple.

Other Adjustments, under Equipment (which includes Natural Weapons), Weapon Adds 1d6 Energy Damage.
