Greetings!

I purchased (well, won) Hero Lab about a month ago. i love it. The primary license is on my laptop, and the secondary is on a desktop system. I have upgraded my desktop system and wish to move the secondary license to a new computer. How do I go about doing that?

To move a license to another computer, just install HL on the new
computer and activate the license normally. Since you want to use your
secondary license for that machine, you'd activate it with your
secondary license number.

However, if it's only been a month since you first used your secondary
license, the server will probably refuse to activate the license on the
new machine. In that case, email us at support@wolflair.com with the
license number you're trying to activate and let us know what's
happening, and we'll get things sorted out for you.

Hope this helps,
