I just got a new book that I'd really love to use with one of my current characters. Is there any way at all to add it to the character, or do I have to remake the sheet every time I get a new book?

Are you talking about a new spellbook or a new game book that hasn't been added to Hero Lab yet?

Hello Martin,

To me it sounds like you're asking how to use content you recently added to your License but you cannot find said content on a portfolio which existed before you added the new sources.

To fix this open the Configure Hero Menu, and check the various boxes which pertain to the specific new Content you added to your License. Once you add the book to your valid sources for the portfolio you'll be able to access these new options.

I hope this helps!
