Making a bootstrapped Hindrance not yield a Reward.

Well, thanks in any case. I do wish I understood why that has that result though; I don't understand why either end of it is working as it is now. Best guess I can figure is it doesn't consider a bootstrapped Hindrance a "real" Hindrance for some reason, and as such is neither yielding Rewards nor reducing available Hindrances for it.

For the record Elven->All Thumbs works the same way (bootstrap hindrance with no reward points for it) and it seems to be by design.
