Failed Install!

I just bought a license for Army Builder and went to install it and could not get it to install becase as soon as I attempted to install it it says:

"Could not initialize installation. File size expected=3238397, size returned=51029."

Any ideas on what I need to do? Thanks.

The download didn't finish for some reason. Try the download again.
