One of my players brought up that his languages were differing from my GM file and his player file. Upon closer inspection it seems that Int items of the same bonus amount or higher are granting the extra bonus languages for both of the items rather than just the highest int bonus item. It seems the last line applies the languages without a bonus type and has no additional line to check for the highest bonus to be applied. (Testing done with the Robe of Runes [Rise of the Runelords] and Headband of Vast Intelligence +4, Headband of Vast Intelligence +6)

Please report this as a bug so LW developers can research. They don't usually read these forums.
