Hi there,

is there an option to print/PDF out a monster on a single page?
I always have "Gear" and "Experience & Wealth" on the second page for each monster. My dire rat won't have any money
My workaround to delete/skip the page later is a little time consuming.
Or do I miss something?

Thanks in advance!

I agree that additional option for "not printing" would be nice for gear & wealth

or a statblock printout (4 per page)

edit: also for main hero, that would be nice to avoid splitting of languages.

You can print to pdf, and from within your pdf reader print only your chosen page.

Quintain : that's how I do it now,
but having a portfolio of 16 monsters (mains summons for summon monster 1- 5) it's a pain to print page 1,3,5,7,9,11,...
especially if the extra information put on 2nd page could be on 1st or not printed at all.

I understand it's not a bug nor a priority, but choosing what will be printed out woul dbe a nice new feature

Oh, I hear ya.

Out of curiosity, why the need to print at all? I generally run 100% digital when I game (other than using dice to roll). Do you use Hero lab to create and then use the print outs when actually playing?

we run our games 100% non digital.
so I prepare everything in HL, and as you guessed, I print them out and take the prints with me (printing 4 summons per page - it makes a nice cheat sheet)

Ok, fair enough.

And AFAIK, there's not really a good wa to do Summon stuff on the iPad. For example, I'd like to call up the spell and then select a creature from the list -- boom, done! But you can't do that. In fact, playing around with it right now, I don't see any way to do it, period.

I suppose creating a portfolio in the desktop version that has all SM1 options in it is the way to go. But switching between portfolios is slow on the iPad because of all the work that goes on when loading a portfolio. Perhaps we need another tab: QuickImport? It allows a creature from another portfolio to be copied into the current one on the iPad...

If you're using Windows, when you open the print dialog, there's a "Page Range" option.
