If there is a way to Sync a realm without going all the way back to the main menu then please correct me. However, I would love to have a "Sync" Button on the toolbar. I sometimes have RW running on my computer for long periods of time. Often in the background. I have one player that uses PE now and he was checking things in RW as he was building his PC. Well, he missed lots of stuff because I had not synced RW in 48 hours. It was open on my laptop as I was working on it. Now I sync more often, but find it irritating to go all the way out the realm and then back into it every time I sync. Not a huge issue, but it seems like it should be an easy thing to add.

Probably the DB has to be closed in order to sync...

It could probably coded as a "close, sync, then reopen right here".

You probably don't even need to close the window as long as there's no pending edits and nothing needs to be downloaded from the server, though the easiest way to code it is likely close/sync/reopen.

Personally: Alt-F4 once in a while. :)

Or change the expectation of your player so that he only receives an updated realm when you determine that it is time to sync your realm; rather than trying to use RW to provide "instantly available" information.

During Early Access there was a Sync button on the toolbar. It did nothing. Not sure when it vanished, but I suspect the intention is to have syncing whilst the realm is loaded at some point.

Giving this one a bump, as it's been mentioned a few times in one of the active discussion threads.

Can we be given a way to sync without exiting the Realm we're in? Or have a sync button within the Realm that, when clicked, saves/exits/syncs/re-enters the Realm?

+1 for this.

A few less keystrokes for the user even if it does the exact thing "under the hood" is a good thing.
