So I copied to c:\Program Files(x86)\Hero Lab\customoutput\5e

restarted several time and it doesn't show up.

It's not Program Files, it's ProgramData (which is normally a hidden folder). If you go to the Tools menu in Hero Lab and select Explore Folders > Program Data Folder it will open Hero Lab and you should see the customoutput folder.

Thanks, that worked. However, for some reason, the 7th level paladin I exported can up as 0 strength. I wonder if it was the ioun stone?
