I just downloaded the newest version and have tried twice to get it active. Both times I am being told that the sight may be busy or the connection may be bad. I come right to the sight and have no problems registering for the forums. Am I doing something wrong or do I have to change some settings on my computer to get through to you people? I previosly had version two on my computer would that cause a problem? Help!! I was hoping to use it today for a game.

The sight is working fine, so this is almost certainly an issue of your internet security blocking Army Builder from accessing the internet. For example, you may need to add Army Builder to the list of exceptions within Windows Firewall. Or you might need to add Army Builder to the list of applications allowed to access the internet within your internet security software (e.g. Norton, McAfee, etc).
