For the time being you can go here: http://www.swtoolset.com/

Evil wins because good rolls poorly .... or the players are not paying enough attention to the game.

I'll add a +1 to that.

Data files authored (please let me know if you see any issues with any of these if you have/use them):
Official (In the downloader)
50 Fathoms, Deadlands: Hell On Earth, Deadlands: Noir, East Texas University, Necessary Evil (requires Super Powers Companion), Pirates of the Spanish Main, Space 1889 (original file by Erich), Tour of Darkness, Weird War II, Weird Wars: Rome
Coming Eventually
Evernight (LWD has completed their review but I have some fixes to make first... although Pinnacle mentioned this might get an overhaul to SWADE so I may just wait for that first. If you just HAVE to have this now, though, just PM me)

It'd be nice to have it in SW to start with... +1!

Sleet was enjoying a tasty beverage at his local tavern, when a Tarrasque showed up in the local area. He managed to valiantly get on it's back and ride it. How he did it is a mystery to this day...

RW: Engine Heart, I Love The Corps! Home Brew: Star Gate: Avalon, Monda Minutia. I'm good with: OpenOffice, Paint, Lego Digital Designer. & not so good with: Realm Works, Hero Lab, CC3+, GIMP, Cityographer, Hexographer, Fractal Mapper, AstroSynth, Inspiration Pad Pro. RW Kickstarter Supporter.

Come to that an HQ Builder in SPC would be awesome, too.

No to Alien Race, Yes to Star Ships, Power Armor, etc...
There aren't currently any plans for an on-the-fly Race builder. Until recently, it was prohibitively complicated. Since Savage Worlds Deluxe, though, they've adopted the Race building system which quantifies it a bit better. The hitch comes when you have the Racial Properties with variables (Trait-affecting mainly: The Attributes alterations, the Skill mods). It would require going through and pre-building all of those for each type of Attribute-affecting and Skill-affecting Racial Property so they'd be available as selections, I could see it perhaps being workable. It leaves a few out in the cold, unless you pre-define them for the campaign (I'm thinking of Knowledge Skill mods)
It's one of the issues you run into when it' so open ended. Even with the new system it gets complicated quickly.

I did predefine the Attribute mods in my user file. I had a bit of fun with the names, particularly the below average versions.

Evil wins because good rolls poorly .... or the players are not paying enough attention to the game.
