Based on current licensing, what are the limitations to the content we can add to the SRD/Community File?

Can the Player's Handbook be added with "altered content", DMG? Monster Manual?

Given the templated nature of things, has anyone created an application that can take a xml file and do mass imports or anything like that?

Is there any official content available from WOTC at all?

LW doesn't have any licensing beyond the SRD for 5e content as far as anyone knows.

The limitations that the community usually work on is that you can put anything into the community pack that is MECHANICS only, with no fluff. General rule of thumb is that even that text has to be changed at least 20% from the original source materials.

The community pack also usually stays with printed materials from WotC primarily, with the occasional DMSguild entry. There are also a lot of old 3PP garbage and homebrew that have been stuck in over time when a contributor decides they want it in their game. That stuff isn't well supported though.

The problem with 3rd party content (3PP) is that you have to hammer out an agreement that keeps from interfering with any possible profits - which is why Kobold Press items are off limits. Frog God games content is also off-limits due to what appears to be some behind the scenes drama you can search for.
