Authoring a way to create proxies (how to do it?)

I can't seem to be able to find out how to set up proxy versions of the cards in my files. Can someone please help me out?

Find the Card Vault program group under the Start menu, and click "Card Vault Authoring Kit" to load the authoring kit documentation. Then scroll down until you see the "Generating Proxy Cards" link, and click it. The page it links to should tell you all about how to generate proxies.
